Making wearables - electronics experimentation

Hi there,
I’m a returning member that just finished a Masters in Computational Arts at Goldsmiths .
There I made several wearables using a whole range of electronics from Flora, Micro, accelerometers, pulse sensors, LED driver boards etc. I’m now keen to carry on with my practise in the space and wonder whether there are any other members specialising in wearables? Next I’m planning to experiment with the xBee. If anyone has any experience to share or wants to join in please get in touch.

Thursday evenings are always electronics/coding nights…among many other times

thursdays evenings are still difficult for me, so was hoping to find some other times

Pick a date/time, advertise it…and see what happens!

xBee it’s really not the best solution for werable in my opinion, have you had a look at the nordics modules with BLE? I would be happy to help if you need.

I’m around next monday day time but working on other previous inflatable project if you’re around. Or we can pick another time

Yes evenings are quite difficult for me as have a young child/dinner-bed time routine etc. But can make some evenings all the same.

oh no, sorry I only saw this now. Got side tracked and only popped down to catch you at 4.15 but you had gone. I’ll pop down again tmrw from 2pm.
