I’m interested specifically in using the hinge in leather design. But it most commonly used in acrylic and wood. So see below some random templates to try and formulas to experiment for tomorrow evening.

For this project, we used a 50-watt Helix with the following settings:
Engraving: 100% speed, 100% power, 600 dpi, Jarvis dithering
Cutting: 25% speed, 100% power, 500 frequency
Adjust the settings for your laser and wattage using the suggested settings from the manual.
Open the file and modify the design as you would like.
