The worst of the backlog is cleared but there is still lots of demand. It’s not ideal for Joe and Ed to be the only ones doing them.

Hi Joe,

20th of March seams to be the next one is this right? I should be OK to help , It would be a good idea for me to come in advance and have a look over all your machines and familiarise my self with what you have there. Yes the spindle moulder is a prity daunting machine at first but if it’s set up right and you follow the safty rules and don’t try and cut to much out out once it is an extremely useful bit of kit. I’m happy to give you my phone number I guess there is a PM option on here somewhere

We could arrange to meet in advance I’m hoping to go to the electronics night this week.

I find foundation inductions as dull as the next person, vital as they are. The sooner we get them squared away the better.
I’ll run another weeknight one later this month to help prod things along.

I signed up in mid-December and was inducted last weekend, and before that turned down a couple of inductions that I would have been able to attend with a free diary. So I think despite the length of the list it’s a pretty reasonable wait time.
