Fob activation and waiting list access

I tapped my fob at 17:45 on Friday November 24th.

Also - can I get access to the waiting lists for inductions? When I go to How to get inducted on the tools I get an “Access Denied” message.

Hi Killian,

Sorry for the wait. You should now be able to see all member’s areas here on discourse, including the waitinglists. There’s also a welcome message with some useful info to check out.

Also your fob is now activated!

Once more sorry, we’re all volunteers and sometimes … well hope you understand.

Just paid the membership fee, but couldn’t access the Key Fobs & Shutter Requests thread, so I thought I would reply here.

I tapped my fob at 21:36 on Wednesday 10th Jan.

Hi Greg,

No need to worry. Sometimes it takes a couple of hours for the payment to go through. As soon as that is cleared, we will be elevating your user rights and you’ll be able to access all member’s areas here on discourse, including the fob activation thread. You will be notified here on Discourse once that has happend via a message in your inbox.

I’m sure it’ll sort itself out shortly.
