The Embroidery machine has just come back from the doctors after having it’s needle threader damaged - again!
Please treat the machine with respect, it costs the space money to repair - Don’t slam the needle threader lever, or put the machine away with half finish projects in the frame and the needle still stuck in it, or leave it with a broken needle.
Before using the machine for the first time - please read and watch the videos on the tool page…and if in doubt, reach out - Textiles are more than happy to show you
