Donations to the space

As part of my ongoing clear out I have some donations for the space and need to hear form the members and @directors if they’re accepted, anything directors reject will be free for individual members or other spaces to take too:

For the space

  • Graphtec CraftRobo + Application Tape
  • Bag of various castors
  • Back issues of Makezine (5-10 copies)
  • Google Chromecast HD (the round one)
    This will be free to Makerspace or £10 to members

For members or the space

  • Small amount of solder and lengths of new coloured 0.7mm wire
  • NEW: Third hand tool and magnifier (boxed)
  • 2x Component sorting trays
  • Velleman electronics kit MK158
  • 4x Duracell rechargable batteries new in box
  • Panasonic BL-C1 IP camera
  • Red Makerspace 2XL t-shirt (unworn)
  • 6x A5 x 10mm perspex with minor scratches
  • Multiway plug for mains
  • Apple Magic Mouse
  • Various USB sticks

I thought @unknowndomain was offering this gear to the Space first, but I see he’s already allocated stuff to Laurent

Can you clarify this Tom? Is it first come first served?

It’s for the space but I was fairly sure the two metal bars would not be much use to the space. But if they are then yeah space first.

@Metaltechs would love the extension cords if still available! Also good would be the 12v power supplies if capable of an amp or more - i’d like to add more lighting to the metal area.

My thinking was that the @electrotechs would probably like this as a spare, given the one we have is hard to get parts for and that there are two soldering stations…

Yeah, I vote we keep it for the space.

I know the model quite well as I fixed the one at LHS multiple times.

Got a pic of component trays ? Before committing to that part.

Solder is definitely wanted.
Wire we have enough of but if the wire is at a set length and pretinned or whatever then that would be useful too.
