I had a bit of a clear out and have put some books in the library. They are:
Tage Frid Teaches Woodworking (all three volumes)
The Toolbox Book (Tolpin)
Good Clean Fun (Nick Offerman)
Tage Frid is interesting - trained as a traditional apprentice in Denmark in 1930s, and after the war went to America with a programme to help restore the craft tradition there. He then edited Popular Woodworking for a couple decades. His books have lots of 1950s and Midcentury furniture design stuff in them.
