I have just walked into the woodshop today and every bench looks like someone is working on it!
Lathe/ tormek wet all round the work surface and loads of sharpening jigs left out. There is a box underneath the tormek for the jigs, use it.
Tracksaw table! The three “storage glue ups left there are fine that is part of the way the wooodshop operates, but everything else on there is not!
Hand benches, all four have something on them. If you use them, clear and sweep/vacuum them before you leave.
Router table, band saw, planer thicknesser:- r table and band saw left pulled out in the space, planer thicknesser and floor covered in wood chips.
When you use them put them back, clear up any mess you have made.
Cyclone is full, during the planer induction you should have been told that the extraction bag needs to be checked regularly when using and emptied after EVERY session. We now have a cyclone that makes this job a lot easier.
The Basic Induction says to clear up any mess you have made, plus a little bit more. This is not being done.
Have a bit of respect for the other users in the space, don’t let others clear up the shite you have made.
