Wooden Tiled Door

Hi All, I will share the project I’ve been working for the last few weeks.
It’s a wooden tiled door for the bathroom cupboard of my flat.
To recreate the pattern and geometry of the porcelain tiles, solid oak tiles were made and assembled at the workshop.

It’s my modest first project completed using the facility of SLM. Without this place and many advises gained from the friends of SLM, the project wouldn’t be finished as it is.
I feel so happy now, and hopefully gain more skills through another projects!

Special thanks to; @lewisss, @Barnaby_Coote, @AndyPaine

Looks awesome. Fits in really well. Took me a while to work out the second photo was a mirror image! Thought there was a join in the middle for a moment. You say it’s a door? How is it hinged and what is its purpose? Does it conceal the plumbing for the loo?

That’s really nice

Really cool!!! Well done!

May I ask where you sourced the black taps and shower fittings…they look grear. Will be refurbishing my bathroom in few months BV and thinking of black fittings

@DAC17, Behind that door is a recessed shelf and 1xAC socket for a shaver.
@afshind, I bought them from https://www.lussostone.com/. Reliable quality so far.
Thanks!
