TS-7M Wheel Truing Stand
This motorcycle-specific version of our TS-7 Home Mechanic Truing Stand is also more than capable of truing bicycle wheels.

Maintenance:
Use a small amount of dry lubricant on the guides and gauge holder so that slides easily.
In the event of an impact check both uprights are parallel.
Safety:
Ensure truing stand is secured to workbench. If it fall on you
Spinning disk brake rotors are sharp.
Entanglement risk. Make sure long hair and dangling clothes do not catch spinning spokes.
Wear safety glasses and other PPE. Spokes are under tension and can ping.
How to use:
- inspect rim for cracks, bulges, dents, and flat spots. Check for broken spokes and for spoke nipples that may be rounded or rusted.
Make sure hub is not damaged.
Repair or replace parts as needed.
- If you are if you are correcting roundness (radially truing) remove tyre.
- Adjust right upright to fit hub width.
Ensure knob is tightened. - Place axle through hub and set wheel into “V” notch
of truing stand uprights.
Check upright spacing matches
Ensure hub contact points are seated on uprights.
If your hub has inset contact points (example: wheelchair and cannondale lefty hubs) you may need to find a plug.
The bearing press kit might have the right size. Or you might need to use the lathe.
