Hoping someone can help with some maths. I need to make spinning wheel 1 metre in diameter. How do I convert this to how much wood I need in mm?

You’ll need 1000mm^2 of wood. I.e a 1000mm by 1000mm board (1000mm in a meter)
A standard sheet of ply will be 2.4 times what you need
