What is this plastic sheet material and where can I buy some?

Trying to build a replica keypad and am looking for something like this - it’s some kind of two layered plastic with black overlayed over the white, but also textured on the top(black side). The stuff is smooth on the bottom and approx 2mm thick…

Anyone have any ideas?
