Waste pile out the front

No fly tipping here - waste has been bagged in the correct bags and placed in the correct place. Quantum have been notified. Your suggestion for a discrete place to put the waste is a good one - maybe fork the thread?

I’ll be down later with some free time and will try to tidy the pile a little and re-bag any split material.
