Our electricity supplier would like to fit a smart meter. They have an engineer booked to visit between 4-5pm on Friday 1st July, during which time the power will be OFF in the space.
We need someone to be present during this time to make sure the door is open, and that all systems are working properly once the power comes back on.
Can we delay it so that we can get the new distribution bord in first?
Actually I may well be able to be at the space tomorrow afternoon ! Be good to get them to install the new meter as low as possible. Agreed it would be good to get the new board in but I believe this is the second time they have tried to fit it. @tomnewsom, is delaying an option ?

Think it should be fine. Just prop the new board near the electrical area and say we’re about to have that installed…

@stefanoromano, that would be useful as I will have to run just after 5pm - the change shouldn’t take them long but it would be good to have backup just in case they have a problem !
