I have been trying to use the laser cutter but as soon as I try to upload a new project it just freezes. Multiple users have tried on their logins and are also having the same issue.
We have tried restarting the program & restarting the whole PC. Non of which have worked. Any ideas on a quick fix?
Did you check the laser mode?
It was my first time using since doing my induction. So I’m not really to sure. But other users had a look at said all settings were correct.

It’s working again now. The problem was it was freezing as soon as you tried to import a file. Don’t know why it’s working again now
