Oh and reacquainting myself with thermistor/Arduino interface, and possibly learning how to implement LM135/35 temperature sensors if any around @Courty?

I’ll be there - may not be at 7:30 but wont be too far behind.
Will have a look at home to see what I have laying about. I have 18b20’s and LM35’s for sure, may even have a thermocouple and driver too
