Andy @asander1 was trying to use the power supply and it’s not playing ball…
So: no voltage across the terminals, and goes to max current when switched on, suggesting a short circuit.
Will label it out of order @electrotechs
Tenma power supply faulty
One of them was being use in the metal workshop. Maybe something happened.

Have had a quick look at it, it looks liner thus hopefully easy to fix

It’s not a switch mode .
Looks quite simply inside didn’t have time to have a proper look
