Hi All
Some of us are working behind the scenes on upgrading Discourse to the latest version - we’re currently working out the bugs, and will hopefully have an update soon.
In the meantime:
There’s currently 394 tags, many covering the same thing or not needed because of post categories, making tagging posts inconsistent and messy.
Before i spend time trying to reconcile the tags to make them useful…do we use Tags in any meaningful way?
There is an option in Discourse to turn off Tags - which removes the ‘choose optional tags for this topic’ field in the topic composer, and hide the Tags and Tag Filters.
Should we turn off Tags, as they don’t seem to be heavily used?
- Keep Tags
- Remove Tags
