Table saw out of service - FIXED

Hi, the ring used to change blades on the table saw is missing. I’m not sure whether this was me accidentally misplacing, or the previous user, however I cannot find it. I’ve placed an out of service sign on the machine . @woodtechs

I’ve looked through all the other blades, looked underneath and filtered through dust extraction bag. Doesn’t seem to be anywhere obvious.
