As my first major project at the SLMS I’m planning on making a side table like [this one] (https://www.johnlewis.com/john-lewis-calia-sofa-side-table/white-scandi-oil/p1151372) and I thought I’d make a start by posting on here
I’m inducted on the welder and planer thicknesser which I think will both come in handy, although haven’t quite figured out how to weld the base together without creating an enclosed container with the metal box sections. Although perhaps drilling some holes would deal with that issue?
I’ll be ordering the materials next, although any advice in the mean time welcome!
