This one is only a teensy little project but a friend wanted a way to hang his skis on their wall and I’d just bought a router plane and wanted to learn how to use it (read as ‘play with it’), so I offered my services.
This is the final result which I think works pretty well. It takes advantage of the natural wedge shape along both the skis length and thickness to hold them really securely whilst looking pretty minimal. It took a bit of fiddling to get the fit just right so that they were at the exact same level but other than that went pretty smoothly.
