I’m outside trying to drop something off in the space for tonight’s 3D induction but the shutter is unresponsive so can’t get in…
I have shutter access so not sure what the problem is. There is a small red lighting on on the door swiping box if that sheds any light on things…any ideas?
I can see your access attempts in the log. I think its the dual account shenanigans messing things up again. When I’ve got this toddler to bed I’ll look into it!
Ah cheers, the others turned up so I was able to check my fob and it wasn’t working on the shutter or the door. Thanks tom!
Looks like other Tom has fixed it on our end. If it doesn’t work now I don’t know what will!
