Any idea why my fob doesn’t allow me to open the shutter ?

Was a glitch in the tool control groups, shouldn’t happen again, you are back in now so should work! Sorry abt that!
To clarify this, the subscription system decided around Nov 19th that many folks did not have a valid subscription and booted them from members, door access, and shutter. It then decided those folks had valid subscriptions and added them to members and door. Anyone who has not used their shutter since then should check that they still have access by tagging in and estoping the shutter.

I have analyzed the tool log for all the shutter tag ins over the past 2.5 years. I have mapped each of those users to first a tool control account and then a discourse identity, check to make sure those who were granted access, still have access. There were a few folks that had not tried shutter since Nov 19th that had lost access. I recorded each shutter category request and re enabled their access after director sign off.
No one should be affected by this problem any longer.
