This my be a long shot. But do we have access to any sandblasting equipment?
I think there are small sandblasters (not just massive industrial ones).
I’m hoping to sandblast some small hinges (wrist watch size). Just a couple of little pieces.
But also it would be nice to learn how to do it.
Let me know if you can help or possibly if you know someone local who I can pay to do it.

We will have a compressor available soon and if you buy a small a grit blaster i don’t see why not .
You will have to make up a box for it though
There is a place over in Loughborough Junction that does metal finishing, I think they do this and powder coating.

I’ll have to weigh up the cost and time verses getting a professional to do it. But it sounds like fun!
