Sorry, I was referring to Hugo.
Ruby is offline
If you can do a disk image and duplicate, then if @systems approve, it should be ok to start following Trotec instructions for restoring Ruby, wiping Mongo etc… Meanwhile Hugo can see if the Mongo data might be recovered.
I will look at the issue on Monday - assume it is unavailable until then ( Ruby is offline ) - If there is a progress update, it will be posted on Discourse
Please do not poke around the database unless you know what you’re doing - as there are key settings that we do not want to lose . If you do anything - please check with Myself and @Brendon_Hatcher first.
100% no one should modify anything on the running PC that might make things worse. It should be completely safe to take a copy and I can mess around with that copy of the data on my own machine with no risk to the laser PC

I think Hugo and Martin and the best people to fix the issue. Hopefully, Hugo will discover and retrieve usable data that can be restored.
It should also be safe to make a duplicate of the drive and to boot from the duplicate and try whatever Trotec instruct, leaving the original drive and data untouched. It will be safer to have a disk image of the drive anyway.
