Hiya , I am a complete newbie to any woodwork or restoration but recently bought some lovely mid century chairs that are in need of some TLC , especially around the joins happy to leave sanding etc for a later date but they need to be stabilised for sure. I watched some videos and I know I should pull them apart clean up the joins and essentially re-glue and clamp . I thought it would be a fun project for me to learn some stuff but wanted to see if anyone has some guidance or could recommend me some tools as doing it from my flat might prove to be a bit tricky !
