"Restart" event - Wed 20th April?

Just got this:

Hi guys

Sorry for the radio silence - could we crash your Open Night this month, April 20, and host a Restart Party? Probably would not be huge, would mostly serve the surrounding community, given we have loads of events coming up around London. But we could use it as an opportunity to chat and plot some next steps?

What do we reckon?

We don’t have to do anything apart from provide the space. Are we keen?

Okay.

I’m going to jump the gun a bit on this one and approve it on the grounds that no one has opposed it, Restart is a great fit with us, and this adds value to our open evening.

Also there is a possibility of a collaboration in future whereby we host a more ‘self-help’ version of a Restart Party… so interested members should have a with me or Tommel, and maybe be there to experience the event, and how they do things.

There may be opportunities to take part on the night, but the format is that they bring their own team.

It is very much about fixing things with rather than for people, in order for them to feel empowered to try it themselves next time.
