Resin 🖨️ clean up

Hi @Resin3DPrinters ,

Please remember to clean up.

Do not leave resin in the vat and wipe up resin that has dripped on to the printer.

@3dtechs the anycubic needs a new protective film for the LCD. Looks like some resin got cured on it. Are there any spares in the space ?

We do not. I’ll have a look later

Had a look and will order the replacements for this later.

@Resin3DPrinters please very careful with this. Resin spills on a good day mean a new screen protector. on a bad day cause irreparable damage to the machine.

The replacement nfep sheets and screen protectors are consumable but by no means cheap. (almost £50 for 5 of each.) not to mention a massive pain to change as well.

It’s great that the resin printer is gaining traction, but please make sure you allow plenty of time for cleanup afterwards. (minimum half an hour) its not as quick and simple as the FDM machines.

Thanks,

@3dtechs
