The email notification from Discourse has ‘Visit message or reply to this email to respond to xxxx’. When I have replied by email, nothing has been received and nothing gets added to the thread. Is there some preference or setting that needs to be changed?

I generally don’t rely on email replies; I wonder when that last worked? We haven’t made config changes in a while but we’ll look into it. Any additional data points would be useful!

Should I forward the email notifications I replied to? If so, which email address to send them to?
Thanks for jumping in. I have tested it myself and gotten the same result. I am curious if anyone who was relying on this behavior before might be able to identify when it stopped working.
