I like Faberdashery, but they’re not cheap
ColorFab is good via RoboSavvy for example.

For entry level filament there repraper filament is good but only list 3mm

ColorFab I was highly deceived by the quality of their filament and many other have reported the same yes they have some great colour but filament tolerance of the PLA-PHA is a hit or miss that said the price from robosavvy.com is highly attractive
NOTE: IMPORTANT independently of the filament you buy make sure to store it in a sealed bag with desiccant as described in induction
