Hello I am trying to DIY a my own heating element for very specific usage and shape.
I have previously DIY some hot wire cutter with Nichrome wire.
For this specific tool I am looking at a flat strip so I can have better evenly heat surface (rather than a line)
Wondering if anyone has some insights can help me pick the thickness of the strip?
Here are some thickness option and there are super expensive as a roll on Amazon, hence this post
Essentially I want a 1cm by 1cm surface, and likely go up to around 200C in a few seconds. Thanks
