This came out recently and I think we are going to hear a lot about it as it’s making a lot of noise already.
Why I post this. As we grow it will become more difficult to evolve if we don’t nurture that feeling of safety that is describe from the research. If you were to replace teams/google with space/discourse/projects/members in the context I think we can learn from it, we aim to be succesful too but with a slightly different angle.
