Preferences/notifications for email settings can't be changed?

Evening all,

Basically been trying to change my emails settings and the first 2 drop-downs don’t show any of the possible options to put ‘always’ or else. So right now I’m stuck with no notifications. Not urgent but maybe something for @directors? Or am I doing something wrong? :sweat_smile:

No, you’re right, there should be more options in there…

@systems , @Martyn_Thomas can you take a look and see whats going on?
