I have the latest version of Anycubic Photon Workshop (as linked to in the tools page), but the Photon Mono M7 Pro is not available in the printer selection. What settings should be used for this?
Also the print volume given on the Tool Page isn’t the same as given on Anycubic’s specifications:
Tool page: * Build volume: 233.64mm (L) x 126.48mm (W) x 230mm (H)
Anycubic: 310 x 315 x 520mm
I’m on version 3.3.2 and it’s available to add as a printer from the lower right hand corner where it says machine, resin, slice parameter.
Tap on machine > manage printer > Add printer.
310 x 315 x 520mm is the dimensions of the machine.
Thanks so much! That’s super-helpful. I was on 3.1.4, downloaded today from Anycubic, but now updated.
Anycubic are showing that as the print volume! Someone there slipped up badly.
How is the (un)load feature working?
From the first try alone, less well than hoped.
- There is a rubber seal between the resin bottle and special cap. If the rubber bit is missing, a good enough seal isn’t formed for the printer to be able to suck the resin out of the bottle… no harm, we just need to make sure it isn’t lost!
- When unloading the resin from the vat, it told us a couple of times that the bottle was full… it wasn’t. We just waited and tried again and it eventually worked.
- A sad amount of resin is left in the vat when unloading. Tipping the machine so that the resin sits in the corner nearest the pump helps, but some is still left. We’re thinking maybe this just becomes waste, but will need to try it a few more times to formulate a plan :(.

Does this mean that it is available for use if inducted on the resin printer and one has read the M7 pro tool page, manual and wiki?

The bottle that is currently attached to the auto fill is the fast resin. Its a bit more expensive that the normal stuff. If using, please donate accordingly.

Oh, I updated the machines in the clean room to the version of Anycubic required and added the M7 Pro.

Hopefully there is a plan to add the resins to the 3D shop at some point. please can those who are interested let me know what yuo wuld potentially like to see stocked in the space!
