Have you done the quiz and induction material on the tool page?
Haven’t yet no, was planning to have those done prior to assessment, though.
I’ll have a read through now and see if someone in the shop can help run a few planks through with supervision.

Having someone else run material through is fine, but please refrain from using it yourself uninducted (even under another members supervision).
The last workshop I was a member of had members lose fingers on their planer-thicknesser - we have a strong safety record in part because we are so strict about it.

I missed one tick box on the quiz because it referenced a ‘Combination fence’ and it was referred to as the ‘Planer fence’ in the guide material. (fwiw)
