Do I have to do the activate the payment online?
Unfortunately, there’s nothing I can do from my end - it’s all done automatically.
I can see that it will retry in 19h from now. So it should be sorted tomorrow by 10am.
I have found a way to kick it off immediately, your subscription is now active again
