Hey folks,
I’ve noticed the overlocker (that isn’t the ‘Loverlocker’) has been out of commission for a couple of weeks. Someone left a sign on it saying it’s not working, and I’ve had a go at checking the internals, and I got a seized part moving (lump of string caught inside) but it’s still not working.
Does anyone have the skills to look at it and fix it?
@textilestechs - do you want me to take it to the sewing machine store for a repair, it’ll ££ though
@Martyn_Thomas - that would be great if its not too much trouble (I know you live quite close to the shop but it’s heavy lugging those things around!). Thank you. Yes, will cost, but we haven’t spent any textile budget for a few months - and having a working machine is more important than saving money.
If it is too heavy / trouble - please don’t worry. My husband should get his car back this coming week so I can arrange to come and get it / drop it off at some point in the next week or so.
Can you confirm which one is broken - the Wimsew or the Janome?
