Mortise bit tool donation

Hi all someone has given me a mortising bit to donate to the space. I will leave it on the mortiser as I’m not sure where the other bits for it are stored. It is 13mm but the drill bit seems to have more turns to it. I have no idea if this is better or worse for the actual mortising and procedure
