Does the 6mm collet work?
Do all axes jog?
Does the machine home?
Does the example file run?
Does the e stop work?
Can you remove the tool from the 6mm collet?
Clean the perspex windows with a non-abrasive fluid cleaner.
Check run hours for greasing schedule?
