Went to tighten one of the clamps for the first time today and the head is pretty much not tighten-able.
Do we have spare bolts anywhere? These seem to be custom made lol.

Ah… It finally gave up… Don’t worry we should have a spare, thanks for letting us know.
Next time one of the @CNCtechs is around they can change it. Are you in hurry to finish your project? If so you can use a makeshift clamp by bolting a piece of square wood down ( if you can find a bolt having similar length the same thread in the metalshop). Or you can use @Hugo_Sharman-Firth template
I was actually fine because i could clamp it hard in one direction and for the really shallow cuts i was doing on the aluminum the stock didn’t seem to be under much force at all. (0.5mm passes up to 1.5mm max depth on a 12.7mm thick piece of stock.)
