Metal lathe coolant topup

Hi @metaltechs

The coolant in the metal lathe seems to be running really low. Pressure is down and while working today the coolant completely stopped flowing until i sloshed some into the drain from where it was pooling on the left.

Could we get it topped up? How do we do that?
