To cancel your membership you need to cancel your Direct Debit. Your membership will continue until the date specified in your profile.
Notice: Your liability to contribute up to £1.00 as a former member in the case the company is wound up will cease 1 year following the expiration of your membership.
To cancel your subscription please login, then navigate to the Direct Debit option or click here.
Step 1
Click cancel subscription, then confirm on the next screen.
This will cancel future payments.
Step 2
Click cancel mandate, then confirm on the next screen.
This will prevent our payment provider collecting any payments from you in future.
Alternative method
You can alternatively cancel your Direct Debit mandate via your online, telephone or in-branch banking, through your bank’s usual services.
