Just throwing this out there, but I think there are a few issues that need sorting quite quickly.

The lack of shutter access key holders and the process of onboarding new ones.

We had this discussion when there was only arch 1, and that is restricting member numbers.
We got to a point where the membership was growing faster than techs could induct new members. And the space was becoming overcrowded. Are we possibly getting to that point now. Do we need to possibly pause new members joining to assess the situation.
We should be giving the best possible value and service to all members both old and new.
So, @directors can we have a members meeting date please.
