I’m currently renting a house, half of which I’d wish to share with someone to split the costs. It’s located within 6 minutes (actual, not marketing) walking distance to Norwood Junction station which has fast (12 min) trains to London Bridge. Makerspace is accessible via 196 bus.
This is 4 bedroom house which I ideally prefer to share with someone working from home, so one would have a separate bedroom and a cabinet to work from. House also has a garden with a small shed where you can do some work, large kitchen, a living room with working gas fireplace, one bathroom and one guest toilet.
