Spent some of the weekend making a new pouch as part of my larp costume - using the laser cuter to cut out the design.
Needs a few tweaks if i did it again, but turned out alright

Lovely stuff, have you done anything to the ‘scales’ to stop them gradually curling up over time?
Lots of nealfoot oil to keep them conditioned, and some finisher to ‘seal’ them to minise dry out.
I bet the scale thing I bought ages ago had none of this or if it did, it wore off years ago.
