Leak in Clean Room - beware of loose wall panel

Noticed discolouration around the light switch near to washroom on Saturday morning

@petra and I investigated and reckon there’s water ingress from the outside top of the brick arch

Short term fix: I’ll put a bead of expanding foam along the join. Longer term we might need some sort of drip rail and flashing

Please be very careful around the loosened ply panel. I’ve left it leaning against the wall to dry out a bit. The electrics are safe for now, and it’s unlikely any more water will run down the panel

Not sure of his availability, but I’ll ask my Bro @SRLC if he can have a look. Roofer by trade, so may be able to deal with this quickly and easily.

I’m heading over later with expanding foam…but a professional opinion would of course be much better!
