Stripped thread on one of the mirror fixings means we’re down to one screw securing it. I’ve posted an out of order sign on it at @lasertechs request.

If someone finds the new housing part let me know where it is. They shipped it 2x from Trotec so I can’t imagine it got lost twice?? Also going to be awkward to ask for another one!

Yea we finally found it!
Hi All / @lasertechs - I notice that the out-of-order sign is still on top of the laser. Do we have any idea on the timelines on getting it back online? Thanks as always for your support!

I tried to fix it as we do have the part we need. But it is not a quick or easy replacement, it is very involved and probably needs both axes disassembled. We are checking with Trotec on cost / timeframe for an engineer to do it as will need all the belts properly tensioned and likely a mirror alignment.
