Laser cutting Non Magnetic Ferros sheets

Im wondering if anyone has come across a PVC free non magnetic Ferros sheet that is laser safe? These are mostly cut on CNC machines but Ive heard a handful of the non magnetic ferros sheets can be cut on a laser cutter; found one UK company that has it in R&D but not yet on sale. I have my own laser cutter so doing some tests and no plans to use the makerspace laser for this project

Any suggestions of companies I can approach?

Sorry for not being much help, but I’m really curious about your experiments and how they turn out. I’d love to hear about any progress you make, if you wouldn’t mind sharing.

hitting dead ends after dead ends  There is a company in poland that makes rubber that is laser safe Hobart laser supplies sells it and in theory mixed with iron powder should = a laser safe ferros sheet. Regular feros sheets have all sorts of nasties in them and the rubber kind can be cut by a laser as is rubber but creates black smoke so not good for a laser either. Ill report back when I find something useful

So DryTac use to make a paper based ferros sheet but they have discontinued this. Had a coversation with one of their tecs and the short answer is there is no product on the market that can be cut on the laser - So today I just bought a FoxAlien Masuture 3S which is just big/small enough to fit in my studio  CNC Router Masuter 3S – FoxAlien

Thanks for sharing! Hope you’ll have success with the Masuter.
