I can’t see why not. I would strongly advise putting a sheet of paper over the top of it before cutting to be totally H&S, but I doubt that it would make a great difference (espc if you cut from back to front)

Shouldn’t be any issues, trotec sell mirror backed acrylic themselves. Are you just cutting it or engraving also?
