Hi, I was trying to cut some of the 9mm ply from the material shop and I couldn’t get it to cut all the way through using the pre-set settings in Ruby (P:90%, V:33%). I did 3 passes and still wasn’t totally through, and at that point very black around the edges. I’m not super experienced with this but should I increase the power/decrease the speed @lasertechs. Or is lots of passes/charring to be expected with the 9mm ply?
your velocity seems to fast. I would do P:95% and V:5%. Do a test cut first.
